" This vintage silk seems to be a cross between two different fabric types. It has the background pattern weave of a rinzu and the texture and hands of a crepe. The kiku (mum) are rendered in red, pink, mustard yellow and grey. The open areas that are white have a very interesting mosaic tile-like weave. There is a lot of metallic gold outlining and accents as well. This silk has a pebbly hand and a great drape." Excellent condition with patina in white areas. 14" x 61"
