• Additional photographs are available upon request and can be emailed to you.
• All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).
• Payment may be made by PayPal, bank wire transfer (for purchases over USD $1,000), or personal cheque (please note that personal cheques require time to clear before shipment).
• Shipping options include Canada Post, FedEx, and DHL.

Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

All orders are shipped from Canada. To ensure a smooth purchasing experience, all applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes assessed on your shipment will be prepaid by us whenever possible. You will not be asked to pay unexpected customs charges upon delivery.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain return instructions.

Once the item has been returned to us in its original condition and has been received at our shipping address, we will issue a 100% refund of the purchase price, less all shipping-related expenses incurred. These expenses include outbound and return shipping charges, courier fees, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other shipping-related costs.
