Book Purchase Instructions: Our preferred payment method is PayPal. We do not accept credit or debit cards. If you prefer not to pay through PayPal, we can also accept personal cheques. To arrange an alternative payment method, please begin the conversation by using the "Additional Comments" field when placing your order. Once you provide your shipping country and email address, we will email you a PayPal invoice. A mobile or telephone number is required by the shipping carrier in case they need to contact you regarding the delivery of your order. Books will be shipped to the address provided with your PayPal payment unless you request otherwise. Each book is US$100.00. Shipping charges are: US$30.00 per book to Canada and the continental United States; US$60.00 per book by air to Europe; US$90.00 per book by air to Asia. (Each book weighs approximately 3 kg.) Orders shipped to the United States include all applicable import duties and customs charges, which are prepaid by the shipper, and you will not be asked to pay any additional customs or import fees upon delivery. For shipments to destinations outside the United States, any import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser.
