Book purchase instructions: Our default payment tool is PayPal. We do not accept credit or debit cards. If you do not wish to pay via PayPal, we can accept personal checks (if not paying by PayPal, start payment conversation in the “Additional comments” field). When you provide the ship-to country and your email address, we will have sufficient information to email to you a PayPal invoice. The need for a mobile/tel # is required by the shipper to possibly contact you if there is a question about the shipment. We will ship to the address listed on your PayPal payment. The book is $80 U.S. per copy plus $20 U.S. ($100 total) for each book shipped to Canada or the continental U.S., with $40 U.S. surface shipping (4-10 weeks: $120 total), or $60 U.S. air courier to Europe (1 week: $140 total) and $80 to Australia and Asia (1 week: $160 total)
