This rinzu (damask) silk kimono showcases a striking arrangement of large overlapping red and yellow rectangles. The underlying pattern on the figured silk base is sayagata, an interlocking manji motif. Its measurements are approximately 48 inches from sleeve-end to sleeve-end and 60 inches in height, or about 122 centimeters by 152 centimeters.
