Japan Meiji (1868-1911) $2,500.00 A silk boys Miyamairi kimono, featuring painted coastal scenes with embroidered highlights. This garment was 'taken in' to fit a smaller child at some point during the 20th century: cutting the stitching threads would allow the kimono to reach its full original length.
