China early 20th century (1910-1938) $950.00 Silk on silk embroidery mounted directly onto pliable thin board. The birds are given a life-like 3D appearance via an unusual technique: the embroidery is raised from the background, varying 0.25 cm to 1.5cm. Condition is very good or excellent.
